Folklife Collection - Folk Poet, Arnulfo Castillo

Arnulfo Castilloused a traditional Mexican folk forms known as the "corrido", which is a sort of narrative folk song in ballad. This paper is mainly composed of samples of this form of folk poem with a thorough explanation of the meaning and the context in which it was written.
